New reception for Pauline!

As we closed our office in Grain, the team helped Pauline, our receptionist, moving all her workstation to the Loft in Hoo. Look at her! How happy she is with her little downstairs reception where she’d be able to assist all members of the public.
We are also working to make it wheelchair friendly. If you walk by on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday morning, walk in to say hello to Pauline (you might even find Harry there with her as well!).
