Getting ready for our Winter hub

We have been busy preparing our Warm packs for the Winter hub launch on Monday next week.
We are not going to lie, it was overwhelming! However, we are determined to offer a warm space, information on the help available and a nice hot cuppa to anyone who needs it. Join us on Mondays from 2 to 4 pm at the Jubilee Hall in Hoo or on Fridays from 3 to 6 pm at Chattenden Community Centre.
